Last month, the Administration on Aging’s Assistant Secretary, Kathy Greenlee, cut the ribbon on a newly enhanced, person-centered Eldercare Locator (1-800-677-1116) call center. In addition to the new call center the Eldercare Locator website, www.eldercare.gov, has been redesigned and enhanced to make it easier for consumers to access an extensive database of agencies, links, publications and other resources for older adults and caregivers. Consumers will also soon be able to chat online with an information specialist.
More than just improving the quality of service given to customers, having a "specialized" treatment for older customers will create a good impression. All customers have different personalities and it may require businesses to approach each of them differently.

This "New call center/website for all aging related inquiries" seems so cool. Glad that, Consumers will also soon be able to chat online with an information specialist. Thanks for sharing.
